I don’t call this one Painted Polychrome for nothing. The colors in this 2.75″ arrowhead are so beautiful and varied that it really does look like it was painted. Nope. It’s just an amazing example of the beauty that can occur in Polychrome Jasper from the geological forces present in Madagascar long ago. I go through a lot of rock to find material like this, but when I do it’s a celebration to knap.
