This unique 6.25″ point is knapped of Opalized Mookite from Australia. Opalized Mookite looks similar to regular Mookite but is actually an opalized material. In simple terms, it knaps with amazing consistency and ease, yet needs no heat treating. Its satin smooth texture is a delight to hold as well as behold. Another characteristic of opalized Mookite is that it typically occurs in rather small pieces. This point is easiy the largest one I’ve ever produced.
