The only thing added to this 3 carat Ethiopian Crystal Opal is my flintknapping skill which fashioned it into an arrowhead, the same way prehistoric people created arrowheads for thousands of years. Flintknapping is certainly an unconventional and unique way of working a precious opal like this into fine jewelry. It measures a shade under 3/4″ long and has intense fire throughout.
