Description
This sparkling opal arrowhead was knapped from a piece opal from the Australian Mintabie mine. Both faces are full of multi-colored flecks of Pinfire that remind me of the many lights of a Christmas tree, each intermittently blinking off and on. It measures 1+5/16″ and weighs an amazing 12.5 carats. Rough opal that yields an arrowhead this size is getting ever more scarce and so is a price this reasonable for a solid precious opal.
