Description
This museum quality knife is knapped from extraordinary, semi-translucent Ocean Wave Agate. This material from Madagascar is now extremely rare. I knapped the blade from the modest quantity I obtained many year ago. The handle is a gracefully curved, ivory warthog tusk, with a laminated birch pommel. Together they have become a well-balanced 10.75 inches of exceptional natural beauty, commemorating the prehistoric people who used such natural materials with skill and efficiency.
